To bring you authentic designs directly from specialist workshops, we partner with curated artisans. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via tracked service. Delivery to the USA and the rest of the world typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email to follow your piece's journey.
Do I have to pay any extra fees like customs or duties?
For orders shipping to the USA, there are typically no extra import duties or taxes due for low-value personal shipments. For international orders outside the USA, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties levied by their country. These are not included in our pricing or shipping.
What is your processing time before an order ships?
We ensure each piece is carefully prepared. All orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
