Order Processing & Dispatch
· Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
· Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched from our partner's facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer one primary shipping method to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your artisan mats:
· Standard Global Shipping: This is a tracked shipping service.
· Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 15 to 25 business days to reach addresses within the United States and other parts of the world. Please note: "Business days" exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on international logistics and customs processing.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
· Where We Ship: We currently offer shipping to the continental United States and worldwide. Please contact us if you have an inquiry about shipping to other locations.
· Shipping Cost: Complimentary (free) standard shipping is included on all orders. This reflects our commitment to delivering curated luxury directly to you.
Track Your Order & Delivery
· Tracking: You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
· Delivery: Packages typically do not require a signature. The carrier will leave the package at the shipping address you provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the correct address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
International Orders & Customs
As your order is shipping internationally:
· Customs & Import Duties: You, the customer, are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we have no control over them.
· Customs Delays: Occasionally, shipments may be held for inspection by customs, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. We appreciate your patience should this occur.

· Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
· Delivery Delays: While we provide reliable estimates, please understand that international shipping involves many partners. Occasional delays due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs are possible and outside our direct control.
